In accordance with the requirements of Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulations of the SEBI (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, the Company hereby informs that it is pleased to announce
the appointment of Dr. Nitin Kareer as a member of our existing Advisory Board.
Dr. Nitin Kareer, an MBBS by qualification, is the former Chief Secretary to the Government of Maharashtra
and a retired Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of 1988 cadre. He has over three decades of
distinguished leadership experience spanning public finance, taxation policy, urban development, and state
governance.
Dr. Kareer has played a pivotal role in advancing major institutional reforms and large-scale digital
transformation initiatives across the public sector. Dr. Kareer has successfully directed complex GST
negotiations and decisively addressed long-standing urban planning challenges. His pioneering work in e-
governance has earned international recognition from the World Bank.
Dr. Kareer’s deep governance expertise and strategic insight will be a valuable asset to our Company, enabling
stronger regulatory compliance, improved policy oversight, and more effective long-term strategic decision-
making.
