Sukhsagar had filed an appeal against the said order before the Commissioner (Appeals), Central Excise & CGST, Jaipur (“Authority”) and received an order from the Authority today, i.e., October 8, 2026, whereby the Authority has held that the said demand is unsustainable and has accordingly set aside the demand and penalty imposed under the aforesaid order in full. The information as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD- POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure A.
