Receipt of request for reclassification from ''Promoter Group'' to ''Public'' Category of the Company

Avenue Supermarts Ltd received a request from Mr. Vijay Shankar Chandak, a member of the Promoter group, to reclassify his 0.001% shareholding (7,100 shares) to the 'Public' category. Mr. Chandak inherited these shares and confirmed he does not exercise control, is not involved in management, and holds no special rights in the company. The reclassification is subject to approval by the Board of Directors and Stock Exchanges, in compliance with SEBI Regulation 31A.
