Dear Sir/ Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,
2015, we wish to inform that Consequent upon successful commissioning, third and last part capacity of
41.6 MW out of 176 MW capacity of NTPC's Solar PV Project at Ramagundam, Telangana is declared on
Commercial Operation w.e.f. 30th June 2026.
The first and second part capacity of 100 MW & 34.4 MW have already been declared on
commercial operation w.e.f. 2nd May 2026 & 29th May 2026 respectively. With the commissioning of 41.6
MW capacity w.e.f. 30th June 2026, full capacity of 176 MW of NTPC’s Solar PV Project at Ramagundam is
declared on commercial operation.
With this, the total installed capacity of NTPC group stands at 90,899 MW and commercial capacity at
89,819 MW.
