The said communication, dated October 08, 2026, pertains to a purported Business Loan of ₹12,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twelve Crore only) and has been issued in the name of “Tirupati Balaji Finance”. The communication further seeks payment of ₹24,500/- towards processing/file charges into a bank account maintained with Indian Overseas Bank. The Company hereby categorically clarifies that Tirupati Fincorp Limited has no association, connection, arrangement, understanding or authorization whatsoever with the said “Tirupati Balaji Finance”, its representatives, agents or any person issuing/circulating such communications. The Company has not issued the aforesaid loan confirmation letter and has not authorised any person/entity to solicit, sanction, process or disburse loans on its behalf in the manner stated therein. The Company has also noted that the aforesaid communication uses the name “Tirupati Balaji Finance”, provides an office address at Jaipur, Rajasthan, and mentions an email address and telephone number, which may potentially create an impression among members of the public that the entity is connected with the Company. The Company is taking appropriate steps to protect its name, reputation and interests and to prevent any further misuse/impersonation of the Company's name and identity. The Company is also evaluating appropriate legal and regulatory actions, including approaching the concerned law enforcement authorities and other relevant authorities, as may be considered necessary. The Company further advises its shareholders, customers, investors and members of the public to exercise due caution and not to make any payment or share any personal, financial or banking information in response to any such communication unless the same has been independently verified with the Company through its official communication channels.
