Intimation for Closure of Trading window for the Quarter ended on 30th June 2026.

Kalpa Commercial Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 1, 2026. This measure will remain in place until 48 hours after the company declares its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This action is taken in adherence to Clause 4 of Schedule B of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading. The date for the Board Meeting to approve these results will be communicated in due course.
