In this regard, the financial position of the Company as on the last day of the previous financial year was as follows: 1. The listed entity had paid-up equity share capital of Rs. 3,14,07,000 and a net worth of Rs. 22.54 crore as on the last day of the previous financial year, i.e., 31st March, 2026 (Standalone Balance Sheet). 2. The listed entity had paid-up equity share capital of Rs. 3,14,07,000 and a net worth of Rs. 22.82 crore as on the last day of the previous financial year, i.e., 31st March, 2026 (Consolidated Balance Sheet). Accordingly, the provisions of Regulation 23 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are not applicable to the Company. Consequently, the requirement for disclosure of Related Party Transactions under Regulation 23(9) is also not applicable to the Company for the half-year ended September 30, 2026. Therefore, the Company is not required to submit the Related Party Transactions disclosure for the aforesaid period. Kindly take the above information on record.
