Dolat Algotech Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Outcome of Board Meeting held on October 08, 2026 has inter-alia considered and approved the following matters: 1. Appointment of Statutory AuditorsBased on the recommendations of the Audit Committee of the Company, M/s. Vijay Mehta & Co., Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No. 111418W) was appointed as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of 5 (Five) consecutive years i.e, FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.The detailed disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure I2. Appointment of Independent Director of the CompanyBased on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Mrs. Vijyatta Jaiswal, (DIN: 07131327) was appointed as an Additional Director designated as Independent Director w.e.f. 01st November, 2026, for period of 5 (Five) years i.e. from 01st November, 2026 to 31st October, 2031 (both days inclusive), subject to the prior approval(s) of the Stock Exchanges with which the Company is registered as a Stock broker and such other approvals, permissions or sanctions as may be required, and subject to the approval of the Members of the Company. The detailed disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure II.The said meeting of the Board commenced at 4.30 p.m. and concluded at 05.15 p.m.
