Ms. Swati was the Chairperson, Confederation of Indian Industry (Western Region) for 2024-25 and of the CII Goa State Council for 2022-23. She has been a past Co-Chair of the CII Startups and Innovation Committee (Western Region), and at present, a Member of CII National Council.
