Appointment of Statutory AuditorsBased on the recommendations of the Audit Committee of the Company, M/s. Vijay Mehta & Co., Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No. 111418W) was appointed as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of 5 (Five) consecutive years i.e, FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.The detailed disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure I
