The Company has received the Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, and the Longevity Science Private Limited has been allotted Corporate Identification Number (CIN) U21001HR2026PTC151534. The Company proposes to subscribe to 51% of the initial paid-up equity share capital of the Proposed Subsidiary, subject to completion of the requisite formalities and applicable approvals, as may be required. Accordingly, upon completion of the proposed subscription and allotment of shares, the Proposed Subsidiary will become a subsidiary of the Company. The present disclosure is being made to update the Stock Exchange regarding the incorporation of the Proposed Subsidiary pursuant to the proposal approved by the Board of Directors of the Company and disclosed vide our earlier intimation dated September 9, 2026. The Company shall make further disclosure(s), as may be applicable, upon completion of the proposed subscription and allotment of shares in the Proposed Subsidiary.
