In continuation to the above, we would further like to inform you that, the Hon’ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh has allowed the writ petition and quashed and set aside the impugned order dated 03.02.2025 vide its order dated 07.10.2026. The details of the updates on said petition of the Company as required under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations and the Circular(s) issued thereunder is enclosed herewith as Annexure I.
