Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to the captioned subject, we are enclosing herewith the Intimation regarding the Closure of Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, read with Company’s Code of Conduct for regulating, Monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders (The Code), the trading window will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives with effect from October 01st, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th September 2026. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of audited financial results for the quarter ended on 3oth September 2026 will be intimated separately. We would like to submit that the Company had strictly complied with the timeline internally and successfully submitted the Trading Window Closure intimation on the NSDL portal on September 28, 2026. However, due to an inadvertent administrative oversight, the corresponding filing could not be uploaded simultaneously on the BSE Listing Portal. We are uploading the trading window closure intimation today, i.e., October 08, 2026, along with this request to condone the delay. We sincerely regret this unintended delay and assure you that the Company has always been diligent and compliant with all statutory requirements. Since the compliance was already tracked and filed with NSDL on time, we kindly request your good office to condone the brief delay in submission on the BSE portal and accept the disclosure on your records without initiating any penal action.
