/2026 dated 30th January, 2026, a special window has been further opened for a period of one
year from 5th February, 2026 to 4th February, 2027 to facilitate transfer requests of physical
shares.
We wish to inform you that the Company has published the details of above said SEBI Circular
for information of General Public/Shareholders of the Company, in newspapers – Financial
Express (English) and Hari Bhoomi (Hindi), edition dated Thursday , 08th October , 2026.
