Further, as per our Letter dated September 28, 2026 and in compliance with the SEBI
(Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 along with the Company's Code of
Conduct, for prevention of insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the
securities of the Company, by the Designated Persons/Connected Persons and their
immediate relatives, has been closed from October 01, 2026.
The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results
of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
