Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions with renowned organizations including CapitaLand, Godrej Properties, Puravankara, Colliers International, Knight Frank, Tata Housing, and Pulte Homes (USA). He had served as Vice President & City Head – Bangalore at CapitaLand, he led the end-to-end P&L and asset management for a commercial portfolio of over 9 million sq. ft.,(6 million operational and 3 Million under construction) driving strategic growth, leasing, construction, capital projects, and stakeholder management. Prior to this, he served as Project Director at Godrej Properties, where he successfully managed multiple large-scale residential developments with a combined revenue exceeding ₹3,500 crore. An architect by qualification, he holds a Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM) from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, a Master's in Architecture (Construction Management) from Virginia Tech, USA, and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Mumbai.
