Towers, 25th Floor, Dalal Street, Exchange Plaza, BKC Bandra-Kurla Fort, Mumbai-400 001 Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai-400 051 Symbol: RUBYMILLS Code:503169 Subject: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Disruption of Operations due to Work Stoppage Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 2015, as amended (“SEBI LODR Regulations”) and the applicable SEBI Master Circular, we wish to inform you that certain workmen of one department of the Company's Dhamni Weaving Division have, with effect from 29 June 2026, abstained from reporting for duty in connection with the ongoing wage settlement process. The Company has, throughout the wage settlement process, engaged in continuous discussions with the workmen with a view to arriving at an amicable resolution. A mutually negotiated understanding was reached and a draft settlement was circulated for execution. However, certain workmen subsequently assembled at the factory gate but did not enter the factory premises or report for duty. The matter is presently under conciliation before the Assistant Labour Officer. Additionally, the Company has initiated appropriate legal and administrative proceedings before the competent authorities and is in continuous coordination with the labour authorities, local police authorities and other concerned authorities to maintain peace and facilitate restoration of normalcy. In accordance with the SEBI Master Circular, the requisite disclosures are set out below: Particulars Disclosure a) Expected quantum of loss/damage The work stoppage is presently confined to one caused department of the Company, that is its Dhamni Weaving Division, while the Company's other manufacturing operations continue to function normally. As the matter is at an early stage, the financial and operational impact is currently being assessed. b) Whether loss/damage is covered by The Company does not presently expect any insurance or not including amount material loss arising from the work stoppage and is notcovered under any insurance policy. c) Estimated impact on The work stoppage is presently confined to one production/operations department of the Company's Dhamni Weaving Division. The Company's other manufacturing operations, including the Spinning Division and Processing Division, continue to operate normally and remain unaffected. The Company is taking all necessary steps to minimise any impact on its operations and continue servicing its customers. d) Factory/unit where the strike/work The work stoppage is confined to one stoppage has taken place including department of the Company's Dhamni Weaving reasons Division situated at Dhamni, Taluka Khalapur, District Raigad, Maharashtra. The work stoppage has arisen in one of the departments which is in connection with the ongoing wage settlement process. During the course of negotiations, the parties had arrived at a mutually negotiated understanding and the Company thereafter circulated the draft settlement for execution. Subsequently, certain workmen did not proceed with the execution of the draft settlement and abstained from reporting for duty. The Company continues to actively engage with the concerned statutory and administrative authorities, including the labour commissioner and police authorities at all levels and is pursuing all appropriate legal and administrative measures to ensure maintenance of peace, safeguard its operations and facilitate an early restoration of normalcy. The matter is presently under conciliation before the Assistant Labour Officer in the jurisdiction. The Company will continue to keep the Stock Exchanges informed of any material developments in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
