With reference to your communication seeking clarification regarding the recent significant
movement in the price of the Company's equity shares, we wish to clarify that the Company
is not aware of any specific reason attributable to such movement in the price of its
securities.
The Company is conducting its business in the ordinary course, and there is no material
information, announcement, event or development concerning the Company that, in the
opinion of the Company, may have a bearing on the price movement of its securities and
which has not already been disclosed to the Stock Exchange.
The Company continues to comply with all applicable requirements of the SEBI (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Company further
confirms that, in the event of any information, event or development requiring disclosure
