(The resignation letter dated June 30, 2026 is enclosed herewith) Subsequent to his resignation as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, he has also ceased to be a Key Managerial Personnel under Regulation 30 (5) SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for determining the materiality of any event or transaction for making the required disclosures to the Stock Exchanges with effect from closure of business hours on June 30, 2026. The Company is in the process of identifying the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The same shall be done within the time limits prescribed under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder read with the applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations and the same shall be duly intimated to the Stock Exchange(s).
