In that intimation, we informed that the Company had agreed to purchase land measuring 59 Kanal 10 Marla (7.4375 acres) situated in Village Prithla, Tehsil and District Palwal, Haryana. The land has since been registered in the name of the Company. The Company, as owner of this land, has applied to the Directorate of Town and Country Planning (DTCP), Haryana for grant of license to set up an industrial colony under the Enterprises Promotion Policy, 2015. The application is at an advanced stage and the Letter of Intent (LOI) is expected to be granted shortly. The land continues to be registered in the name of the Company, and no transfer of title has taken place as on date. The colony is proposed to be developed through a development arrangement, and the Company will make the requisite disclosures in this regard in due course. Please take the above on record.
