We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of PH Capital Limited ('the Company') has today, i.e. October 08, 2026, approved the allotment of 3,00,01,000 (Three Crore One Thousand) equity shares of ₹ 10/- each as fully paid-up bonus equity shares, in the proportion of ten (10) equity shares as bonus shares for every one (1) existing fully paid-up equity share of ₹ 10/- each, to the eligible members of the Company whose names appear in the Register of Members on October 07, 2026, the 'Record Date' fixed for this purpose. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to ₹33,00,11,000/- divided into 3,30,01,100 fully paid-up equity shares of ₹ 10/- each.
