Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 51 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we write to inform you that at the Meeting of the Committee of Directors (Administration, Authorisation & Finance) (‘the Committee’) of the Company held today i.e. 8th October 2026, the Committee approved allotment of 52,500 Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, NCDs each having a face value of Rs. 1,00,000 amounting Rs. 525,00,00,000 (Rupees Five Hundred and Twenty Five Crore Only) on Private Placement basis. These NCDs are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market of National Stock Exchange of India Limited (‘NSE’) and BSE Limited respectively, and NSE being the designated Stock Exchange.
