The Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (“NCLT”), Hyderabad Bench-1, vide its order dated 15th May, 2026, admitted an application under Section 7 of the IBC against the Company, thereby commencing the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (“CIRP”). Consequently, the powers of the Board of Directors of the Company stands suspended. In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), we would like to inform you that Mr. Debashis Bose (DIN: 06684439) shall cease to be Executive Director of the Company on completion of tenure with effect from close of business hours on 30th June, 2026.
