Further Kirti Ispat Private Limited and Utkal Ispat Private Limited which do not hold any share in the company but are members of the promoter group have also been merged with Gopal Sponge and Power Private Limited with effect from 18.03.2026 by the order of the Regional Director, South East Region Hyderabad. 3. It is f-urther clarified that City Mall Developers Private Limited is a subsidiary of Gopal Sponge and Power Private Limited, which is a promoter of the Company.
