We further confirm that, as on date, there is no undisclosed material information, event, or impending announcement, other than those already disclosed to the Stock Exchanges, which, in the opinion of the Company, could have a bearing on the increase in the trading volume of the Company's securities. Accordingly, the movement in the trading volume of the Company's securities appears to be entirely market-driven and attributable to prevailing market conditions. The Company has neither any control over nor any knowledge of the specific reasons underlying such trading activity. As the Company's securities are freely traded on the stock exchanges, the Company is not in a position to comment on the volume movement of its securities. The Company remains committed to complying with all applicable disclosure requirements under the Listing Regulations and shall promptly inform the Stock Exchanges of any material information or event as and when required.
