The scrutiny of voting process along with the ascertaining of voting results is as per the Regulation44 ofSEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time read with the relevant and updated SEBI Circulars and the provisions of Sections 108, 110 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Rules 20 and 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, together with all updated Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
