He graduated from Santa Clara University, California, and earned an MBA from Cornell University, New York. He has more than three decades of working experience in senior positions including in the Company’s International subsidiaries. He is also serving on the Board of the listed Companies like KAMA Holdings Limited and Kalyani Steels Limited. As Joint MD, he is involved in the creation and strengthening of a performance-based culture within the organization, through value-based leadership. He is also passionately involved in driving the aspirations of the company and is an advocate on issues related to environmental responsibility and sustainability.
