Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the applicable SEBI circulars issued thereunder, we wish to inform you that Silver Touch Technologies Limited ("the Company") has received a Purchase Order from ITI Limited, a Government of India Public Sector Undertaking under the Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, for the supply of 80 high-performance enterprise servers along with a 3-year warranty, for deployment in a defence project where the end customer is the Indian Army. The PO is valued at ₹35,63,18,292.20 (Rupees Thirty-Five Crore Sixty-Three Lakh Eighteen Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Two and Paise Twenty only), inclusive of GST. In addition, the Purchase Order envisages an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for 8 years following the warranty period, valued at ₹14,04,07,208.04 inclusive of GST, to be placed at a later date upon successful completion of the warranty period, if required. The aggregate potential value over the 11-year lifecycle is approximately ₹49.67 Crore. The order has been secured through a competitive two-bid tender process followed by reverse auction.
