The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 24, 2026, had recommended a final dividend of Rs. 12.60/- per Equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval of the Members of the Company at the 63rd Annual General Meeting.
