Brief profile (in case of appointment) Mr. Dhruva Agarwal brings over 20 years of experience in private capital investing, fund raise, alternative asset strategy and portfolio management across leading global institutions. He has led investment functions, driven strategic partnerships, executed India entry strategies, and managed diversified portfolios with strong governance and risk discipline. Previously he was associated as a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager with DWS Asset Management, Singapore, where he led private capital investments across India, South-East Asia, and the Middle East. Prior to his tenure at DWS Asset Management, he gained extensive experience working with reputed organisations including BlackRock Inc. – Asia Pacific Alternative Private Credit, Baring Private Equity Asia - Credit Fund (formerly Religare Credit Advisors), Barclays PLC, UK and India, Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd, India and Infosys Technologies, APAC Region. 4.
