This is with reference to our intimation dated June 28, 2024, disclosing the details of the GST Order
(period involved - July 1, 2017 to March 31, 2022, Tax demand – Rs 132.7 crore, Interest as
applicable and Penalty – Rs 132.7 crore) received from the Joint Commissioner,
CGST & Central Excise, Thane Commissionerate, Maharashtra on June 27, 2024 (“GST Order”).
In continuation to the above, we wish to inform that the Company has received Order from the
Commissioner (Appeals Thane), CGST & Central Excise, Thane Commissionerate, Maharashtra on
June 29, 2026, confirming the total tax demand including interest and penalty as mentioned in the
aforesaid GST Order.
The said Order will have no adverse material impact on the financial operations of the Company and
the same shall be further contested by way of an appeal before the GST Appellate Tribunal.
