The said transaction was proposed to be completed on or before June 30, 2026. In this connection, we hereby further inform that the Company proposes to extend the timeline for completion of the proposed investment of an amount not exceeding AED 34 Million, on or before July 31, 2026, in Firstcry Management DWC LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, from its earlier scheduled timeline of June 30, 2026, due to procedural delays.
