The said Equity shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respect. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from 19,12,01,190/- to 19,12,91,190/- divided into 9,56,45,595 Equity Shares of face value of 2/- each.
