Rupa & Company Limited has informed the Exchange about the disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, regarding newspaper publications for transfer of unclaimed dividend and equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF), opening of a special window for transfer and dematerialization of physical securities, initiation of the Saksham Niveshak- Second 100 Days Campaign, and updation of PAN and KYC details by holders of physical securities.
