Corona Steel Industry Private Limited In this regard, the approval of the Board of Directors for the withdrawal of reclassification application for the above-mentioned Promoter Group entities of the Company was obtained by way of circular resolution and the extract of the said resolution is enclosed as Annexure 1. The Company will continue to proceed on the Reclassification Application of the remaining Promoter Group Members. Kindly take the same on record.
