The Income Tax Department conducted a Search under section 247 of the Income-tax Act, 2025 at the registered office of the Company from 28th September 2026 to evening of 3rd October 2026. We hereby inform you that the officers have left the premises of the Company. The Company have extended full cooperation to the Income Tax Department and have provided the information and documents sought by the officials. As of the date of this intimation, the Company has not received any communication regarding the outcome or findings of the proceedings. Accordingly, at this stage, the Company is not in a position to ascertain or assess any impact, if any, on the financial position, operations or business affairs of the Company.
