This is to bring to your notice that Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide its Master Circular No. HO/38/13/(4)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/4298/2026 dated February 6, 2026, as amended, has made it mandatory for the Security Holders (holding shares in physical form) to furnish/update PAN, Mobile number, Signature and Bank account details with the Company’s RTA/Company. Please be informed that as per the above referred SEBI Master Circular, giving your Email ID and Choice of Nomination are optional. However, security holders are requested to register Email ID to avail online services and also avail the Nomination facility, in their own interest. In this connection, please note that the Physical Shareholders who have not updated their PAN, Mobile number, Signature and Bank account details shall be: 1. eligible to lodge grievance or avail any service request from the Company’s RTA/Company only after furnishing the complete documents/details aforesaid. 2. with effect from April 1, 2024, eligible for any payment including dividend, interest or redemption (if any) in respect of such folios, only through electronic mode upon furnishing all the aforesaid details in entirety. Further, in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Fifth Amendment) Regulations, 2025, all dividends are required to be paid by the Company compulsorily through electronic mode only. Accordingly, Shareholders are requested to ensure that their bank account details in their physical folios are updated, to enable the Company to make timely credit of dividend in their bank accounts.
