The Board of Directors have accepted his resignation and he shall cease to be Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 30th June 2026. The Board places on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable contributions and guidance provided by Mr. Sudhir Raju during his tenure as Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company. The Company has benefitted immensely from his experience, independent judgment, and unwavering commitment. The Company is in the process of appointing a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the same will be communicated to the Stock Exchange(s) in due course in accordance with the applicable regulatory provisions.
