In this regard, we wish to inform you that Hon'ble Division Bench of the Delhi High Court vide its order dated October 1, 2026 which is received by the Company on October 7, 2026 has dismissed the appeal filed by Mr. T K Jain challenging the order dated May 26, 2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of the Delhi High Court, whereby the arbitral award in question had been set aside. The detailed disclosures as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, which were provided in our intimation dated May 27, 2025, shall stand amended to the extent as mentioned above.
