In the matter concerning the Government's non-acceptance of the name(s) of the opposing Company's application for the extension of the Production Sharing party, brief details of Contract (PSC) for CB/OS-2 Block, the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, vide its dispute/litigation; judgment dated July 22, 2026, has dismissed the writ petition filed by Vedanta Limited against the Union of India (MoPNG) and Directorate General of Hydrocarbons (DGH). The Company has filed a Letters Patent Appeal (LPA) before the Division Bench of the Hon’ble Delhi High Court challenging the said judgment. c. Expected financial The Company is currently evaluating the financial and operational implications, if any, due to implications arising from the judgment, if any. The Company is pursuing compensation, penalty etc appropriate appellate remedies to protect its interests. d.
