Intimation of receipt of work order by our wholly owned subsidiary company i.e. Dynasty Modular Furnitures Pvt. Ltd.

Dhabriya Polywood Ltd announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dynasty Modular Furnitures Pvt. Ltd., has received a work order/LOI from M3M Group. The order is for Modular Kitchen Works, valued at ₹ 13.05 Crore (inclusive of GST), and is slated for completion within 18 months in various tranches. The company confirmed that this is not a related party transaction, and the promoter group has no interest in the entity awarding the order.
