In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform the Exchange that Mr.T.Jaisankar has tendered his resignation from the position of Chief Executive Officer (“Key Managerial Personnel") of the Company from the close of business hours on 30 June 2026 due to health reasons. Accordingly, he shall cease to be the Chief Executive Officer (“Key Managerial Personnel") of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 30th June 2026. Considering his long-standing association with the company, rich experience and expertise, Mr.T.Jaisankar will continue to be associated with the Company as an employee in such role and capacity as may be decided by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors. Accordingly, his resignation is only from the office of Chief Executive Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) and does not result in cessation of his employment with the Company.
