Closure of Trading Window for the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30.06.2026.

Vega Jewellers Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 1, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure precedes the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the results are made public. A separate intimation for the Board Meeting to consider these results will be sent.
