WEL/SEC/2026 October 07, 2026 The National Stock Exchange of lndia Limited BSE Limited Symbol: WELENT Scrip Code: 532553 Ref: Disclosures pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Dear Madam / Sir, Sub: Intimation of receipt of Letter of Acceptance to Welspun Michigan Engineers Limited (WMEL) (Formerly known as Welspun Michigan Engineers Private Limited), material subsidiary of the Company In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (“SEBI LODR Regulations”), we are pleased to inform you that Welspun Michigan Engineers Limited (“WMEL”), formerly known as Welspun Michigan Engineers Private Limited, a material subsidiary of the Company, has secured a Letter of Acceptance from New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) for Rehabilitation of Old Sewer Twin Barrel of 2100mm Dia NP-2 Class RCC pipe from C-Hexagon to Lodhi Road through Zakir Hussain Marg – Golf Course Subramanium Bharti Marg at a contract value of ~Rs. 66 Crore (excluding GST). The Company is making this disclosure on a voluntary basis. The formal communication of the above-mentioned project was made available to WMEL post 15:00 hours on October 06, 2026. With the receipt of the aforesaid project, WMEL’s current order book stands at ~Rs. 2,356.66 Crore with total addition of ~Rs. 366.66 Crore (excluding GST & provisional sum) since June, 2026. The details under SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025- CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is given in Annexure – 1. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons (involved in the above projects) is already closed w.e.f. from October 01, 2026 till 48 hours post announcement of unaudited financial results of the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
