Disclosure by Acquirer of shares through Transmission i.e. Mrs. Ameeta Ranade

Mrs. Ameeta Ranade, a promoter of Advance Metering Technology Ltd, has disclosed the acquisition of 854,635 equity shares (5.32% of the company's total equity) through transmission. This acquisition occurred by operation of law following the demise of Late Mr. Pranav Kumar Ranade, who was also a promoter and Chairman & Executive Director. Post-acquisition, Mrs. Ameeta Ranade's holding increased from 6.80% to 12.12%. This is a mandatory disclosure under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
