Withdrawal of Application for Reclassification

Scrip Code: 543401 Trading Symbol: GOCOLORS Dear Sir / Madam, Sub: Intimation regarding withdrawal of application for approval for the Reclassification of a Promoter Group Entity from ‘Promoter Group’ category to ‘Public’ category under regulation 31A(8)(c) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR”). This is with reference to our earlier intimation letter dated April 28th, 2026, regarding submission of an application to the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on April 28th, 2026, under Regulation 31A(8)(c) of the SEBI LODR, seeking their no-objection/approval for reclassification of the members of the Promoter/Promoters group from the “Promoter/Promoter group” category to the “Public” category. The Company has received requests from the following six (6) members of the Promoter Group for withdrawal of their respective applications filed for reclassification from the Promoter Group category to the Public category, the copies of which are enclosed herewith: 1. Ms.Priyanka Vivek Taparia 2. M/s. AVA Living LLP 3. Ms. Neha Garodia 4. M/s. Corona Creatives 5. M/s. Corona International 6. M/s. Corona Steel Industry Private Limited The Company shall make necessary steps for processing the withdrawal of reclassification application filed with the stock exchanges with respect to the aforesaid entities subject to the approval of the Board of Directors of the Company.
