Accordingly, the transaction contemplated under the APA read with the Amendment Agreement stands fully completed. The detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD- POD2/I/3762/2026 issued on 11th July, 2023 (as updated on 30th January, 2026) is enclosed as “Annexure-A” herewith for your perusal.
