The matter was listed before the Hon'ble NCLAT on June 30, 2026 and, after hearing the parties, the Hon'ble NCLAT, inter alia, directed that the Interim Resolution Professional ("IRP") shall not take any further steps pursuant to the impugned order of the Hon'ble NCLT and clarified that the affairs and operations of the Company shall continue under the supervision of the IRP with the assistance of the Appellant, other officers and employees of the Company.
