In this connection, we have to inform you that the said Regulation is applicable only to the Listed Entities which has listed its non-convertible securities on a recognized stock exchange in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Non-Convertible Securities) Regulations, 2021. The Company has not issued any such Non-Convertible Securities and has listed only its Equity Shares on BSE Ltd., and hence, the said Regulation and furnishing of Certificate is not applicable.
