Consequent upon his elevation and change in designation as the Managing Director of the Company, Mr. Sanjay Suri will jointly oversee the management and operations of the Company with Mr. Sushil Suri, Chairman & Managing Director, with clearly defined roles and responsibilities aligned to their respective areas of expertise. He has varied experience in the field of international sales and marketing, joint ventures, statutory and regulatory approvals (including USFDA), strategic planning, manufacturing operations, including finance, accounts and banking. 4. Disclosure of relationships Mr. Sanjay Suri is a member of promoter group of between directors (in case of the company and brother of Mr. Sushil Suri, appointment of a director); Chairman and Managing Director & Promoter of the company. 5. Other information Mr. Sanjay Suri is not debarred from holding the office of the Managing Director by virtue of any order passed by the SEBI or any other such authority.
